We want to make the process of finding software engineers as painless as possible. Thus we decided that we needed to build a website that has extensive functionality and can grow and adapt as we do.

We decided upon a content management system. Since we often find amazing developers in open source communities we looked to an open source content management system. We found Joomla and look forward to learning how to work with it in the coming months.
