Core Search Group candidates have the right to:


  1. Get a real response when they apply to one of our positions online.

  2. Have their confidentiality protected.

  3. Never have their resume submitted anywhere unless they authorize it.

  4. Be educated about how to interview correctly.

  5. Be prepared thoroughly for their interview.

  6. Have Core Search Group listen to them and try to help them achieve their goals.

  7. Get as much information as we can provide about the company and team we are recruiting them for.

  8. Always have the loop closed. Always get specific feedback if they do not get hired by the client.

  9. Be treated like a valued customer, not a commodity.

  10. Be represented by a quality recruiter doing a quality job.

 
Placements update

10/28/09:  Many of our long term clients have opened the flood gates on hiring again.  Some never stopped.  In contrast to the doom and gloom on the economy, smart and resilient companies see this time as an opportunity to grab some top talent while competitors are hunkered down.
